Automatic Shrink Sleeve Applicator is suitable Applying Sleeve for all kind of Round, Cylindrical and Square Bottles. This Machine has stainless steel matt finished body, Bottle Feed worm, Sleeve Feeder Unit, Center Pillar, Sleeve Cutter Unit, roll Unwinding, brushing Unit.

We have three different model depending on Production Speed and size shape of bottles to insert sleeve from Roll form.

This High Speed Machine is used to cut sleeve and insert from roll form for any type of bottles and Containers

Personalized center pillar unit synchronized with sleeve cutter unit for high speed and vibration free operation. Machine is constructed using Stainless Steel Frame, high strength Aluminum Alloy and Advance Automation system to ensure high speed and durability of machine for premium labeling solution.

Generally this machine is supplied with Heat Shrink Tunnel and Steam shrink Tunnel depends on Output, bottle shape and size.

Bottle feed worm will deliver bottle on conveyor with even space between two bottles and it will help easy Sleeve inserting with help of sensors and Servo motor controlled Feeder and Cutter unit.

After Applying sleeve brush unit ensure sleeve to desired position like Full Body, Partial Sleeve, Temper evident and Cap Sleeve.

Now shrink tunnel is used to shrink applied sleeve for premium finish shrinking quality. This Machine is widely used in Pharmaceuticals, Food and Beverages, breweries and distilleries, Pesticides, Edible Oils, Lube Oils, Cosmetics and many other industries where High Speed and Premium Finish Shrink Quality is required.
